Please understand that no two pieces of wood are identical. That being said, no two pairs of Shwood wood sunglasses will be exactly alike. Product photos on this website should be used solely as a guide to what a product should look like, not as an exact representation. Minuscule differences should be expected in each product’s construction as minor deviations are inherent to Shwood’s handcrafted manufacturing process. But don't worry, Shwood’s one-by-one product construction guarantees individual attention to detail and quality assurance in every pair of Shwood Eyewear to leave the woodshop.

Return Policy:

Returns on items purchased directly from Shwood Eyewear’s online shop are eligible for returns within 30 days from the date of shipment. Proof of purchase and original packaging are required for eligibility. Returned items must be in new condition with no signs of use. Please include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation with return or exchange written on it.  (Exchanges are accepted for equal or lesser value of original purchase). Any inquiries regarding an exchange, please contact No authorization needed for return as long as it is with in 30 days of shipment. Once received, your new exchange will ship with in 2-3 weeks or you will be issued a refund including a confirmation email of the cancellation of your order.

It is encouraged that you send your product by a traceable method. Shwood Eyewear is not responsible for lost or misdirected packages. Products will be returned via USPS Economy service.

International Customs Charges:

Shwood is not responsible for any actions taken by the chosen delivery service and/or customs on your package during delivery. Shwood has NO control over this. The buyer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to your package. Customs determines these charges, and Shwood has no way of knowing what these charges may be.


All claims must be submitted directly via the online Warranty Request Form. Do not return your Shwood product to the store. Dealers are not authorized to provide warranty service on Shwood Eyewear products.

Shwood Eyewear warrants products against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year (365 days) from the date of purchase. Shwood Eyewear reserves the right to determine manufacturing defects, and requires proof of purchase from an authorized Shwood dealer to qualify products as warrantable. If a product is deemed defective, Shwood Eyewear will repair or replace the item at no cost to you. If a product is not considered defective (scratched lenses are not considered defective), Shwood will repair the item at a reasonable charge.
